Required: Take a picture (without flash) of the ID pages of your passport (open passport flat to include signature and photo pages, all corners/edges visible, no fingers), then email or text photo to Julie Parrish, [email protected], 336-302-8198.

Note: Passport must be valid at least six months following end of tour.

Tour Price October 1, 2023, $5,150

Registration: $2,700 (includes $500 non-refundable deposit)

Final: $2,450 by 2-1-24

Single Supplement: $1,294 – only for those who wish to reserve single/private rooms

Excluded from Package Price

Travel insurance, 8 lunches, beverages, excess baggage, or combined tips to Israeli guide & driver – (customary $15/day, per traveler, cash, given at the last supper together)

Cancellation by Yael Adventures

In case of lack of participants or any other reason, Yael Adventures may cancel the tour. In such a case, Yael Adventures will be responsible to provide a full refund. Yael Adventures will not be responsible for and will not refund any purchases not made through Yael Adventures, e.g., airline tickets. Cancellation according to state travel advisors and/or warnings, acts of war, acts of God, natural disasters or other reasons that are out of Yael Adventures’ control, will not be eligible for any form of refund.

Cancellation Fees

• $500 non-refundable, regardless of date of cancellation
• 61-75 days before the departure day: 50% of total cost.
• 31-60 days before the departure day: 75% of total cost.
• 0-30 days before the departure day: 100% of total cost.
